I have over 20 years of experience building and leading technical teams. I’ve delivered over 150 product releases and platform launches at scale in very complex organizational environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve built teams, guided investments, aligned organizations, and kept my clients and users at the forefront of everything I do. I've worked for a variety of industries, including software, health care, logistics, mining, energy, video production and broadcast. I believe in the power of teams, continuous improvement, and I'm dedicated to creating environments where teams can thrive and deliver their best work.

Prior to founding Millicent March, I was recognized as a Top 40 under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal. I'm proud to be an active Professional Engineer and an active member of the Agile, SAFe and Product Management associations in Ottawa.

As a consultant, I have supported over 35 clients in achieving their strategic goals.

Director, Content Strategy Services

I recognize the importance of digital content that prioritizes the user and creates meaningful connection. With a background in arts, business administration and publishing, my current role shaping content for businesses is natural fit. I enjoy using my storytelling and editorial expertise to inform the development of content strategies that guide and engage audiences.

Before joining Millicent March, I ran an editorial services business that developed high-quality, publishable content for public, private and academic clients. Naturally curious and highly analytical, I’m always on the lookout for new challenges and opportunities to make the digital space more user-friendly.

About Our Name

Millicent March was a remarkable woman known for her strong work ethic, ambition and ability to adapt to change throughout her lifetime. An immigrant to Canada, her first job was working in a boarding house at the age of 12 years old. Many years later, in 1945, she was featured as a fish tank welder in a national newspaper. She was also recognized by the Toronto Children’s Aid Society for her contribution of raising orphaned babies.

At Millicent March, we strive to embody her values, using her story to inspire us to be curious and courageous.
